Tim Barber of San Francisco, Calif. is sitting in fourth overall in the Western States Sprint Car Championships going into this Saturday's race at the Irwindale (Calif.) Speedway.

Tim is only one point out of third heading into this next to last event of the series.  Fresh off his clinching the Trans-Am series GTA Championship for 2005 Tim is looking for his second championship of the year.  The series concludes November 24 (Turkey Night) at Irwindale.
