Tim Barber won the Trans-Am, GT America Champion series event held this weekend at the temporary circuit in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

Tim started on the poll for the GTA class and dominated the race.  He recorded the fastest lap for the GTA class by a 2 second margin.  He finished 8th overall and first in class.

Tim has a solid grip on the Series Championship lead.  The next stop on the Trans-Am Series tour is the inaugural San Jose Grand Prix.
